Cfast aligners are manufactured under exacting specifications using the very latest in digital production methods and additive layer manufacturing devices (3D printers). Cfast aligners feature the added advantage of various levels of implementation depending on the types of imbalances present. The Cfast aligner system allows the practitioner to treat more patients with clear aligners.
Each aligner is capable of moving a tooth up to .25mm and up to 2 degrees in angulation and/or torque. The space required to obtain the desired position of the teeth may be obtained by Inter-proximal stripping (IPR), or by pre-treating the case with arch developing appliances such as the ALF appliance or the RN-Sagittal appliance.
The clinician has the option of requesting the aligners to be fabricated in batches of 7 aligners at a times, or to fabricate the entire set of positioners required to completely treat the case. The 7 aligner option allows the clinician to assess the progress of the treatment. If "In Treatment Adjustments" are required, they can be easily made by taking new impressions saving both the clinician and the patient time and money.
If the 7 aligner fabrication option is selected, you will need to request the next 7 aligners when you are ready. If any refinements are required the patient should continue to wear the last set of correctly fitting aligners as retainers.
Most cases are treated by changing the aligners every 10 days.
Complete Case
Some patient's teeth can not be correctly positioned until the size of the dental arches are developed. This type of malocclusion can be pretreated with orthopedic appliances that can not be seen and to not interfere with speech.
Cfast IPR
This is an example of a patient treated with clear alignerss. This type of malocclusion is usually corrected in eight to twelve months. Some cases may require a minor amount of stripping (IPR) between the teeth to create adequate space to properly position the teeth
Cfast aligners & Conventional Braces
Some patients have a malocclusion that is best treated with Cfast aligners on the upper teeth and conventional braces on the lower teeth that are not visible on most patients. Many times this combination therapy can speed the treatment time and reduce the amount of stripping (IPR) required to properly position the teeth.
Each aligner is designed to fit over the teeth and apply gentle forces to gradually move the teeth. The aligners are worn until they feel passive, usually around 10 days, you then move onto the next aligner that has further movements built in. This step by step approach ensures that you are only applying gentle forces to the teeth which is both good orthodontic practice and minimises any discomfort when wearing the positioner.
Cfast have invested heavily in new software that not only shows a much-improved 3D imaging setup, but also one that does not require any special downloads to enable you to view them. Simply click on the link in the e-mail that we send you to view the predicted setup.
Furthermore, the link can be shared with your patients so that they can show their friends and family, and yes, it can be viewed on a PC, Mac or smart phone.
To accompany this amazing software, we have also now changed both the pricing structure and the turnaround times.
You will now receive your digital predicted setup within 10 working days and the actual aligners within a further 10 working days of giving us the go ahead.
Our new pricing structure has been capped giving you confidence to quote your patients without fear of any extra costs. There are NO refinement charges!! (subject to terms and conditions)
There are limitations to the amount and type of movements that can be achieved with clear aligners alone. Some teeth may require attachments to assist with the movements. Gaining the required space to move the teeth can be done with IPR (Inter Proximal Reduction) or by developing the arch with an appliance such as the A.L.F. (Advanced Light Wire Functional) before going into clear aligners. Extraction cases are not best treated with clear aligners or cases where large amounts of torque or rotations of the canines, pre-molars or molars are required. Also be aware of any TMJD, active periodontal disease, severe alveolar bone loss or Ankylosed teeth. But don't worry, our experienced technicians are there to help guide you with which cases are suitable and also offer alternative methods if applicable. You will not be on your own, we are there to help and guide you through the treatment.
I cant believe how I could have Orthodontic treatment and my friends didn't even know, well until I showed them my positioners. Traditional orthodontics were out due to my high profile job, so this suited me perfectly. You can't stop me smiling now?

The SmileTRU System provides the most precise tooth movement of any clear aligner System I have used. It also accomplishes vertical changes and can burn anchorage over significant distances. We get the orthopedic and orthodontic results we are envisioningwith SmileTRU.
Dr. Joseph Baba Wichita Kansas
"I have been using SMILETRU for the last 16 months and I am continued to be amazed by how well it works. Triple O Lab has worked closely with me, allowing me to have my input on how I want to approach the case. My patients are not just a number!!
What is really great is that the system has 3 levels that allow you to adjust the case for anything from a simple anterior only realignment, to the more complex Level 3 Advanced cases. In these complex cases, the use of orthopaedic appliances, such as the RN Sagittal and the ALF, allows me to pretreat the patient to achieve the desired arch form. SMILE TRU is the perfect finishing piece to achieve the alignment we need.
I have discovered that with this system, we can open bites without the use of elastics in the molar areas. At the delivery appointment, we can place the required composite markers and insert the sequential positioners in 30 minutes.
Patient acceptance and comfort have been an important part to this as well."
